In Villa Stecchini in Romano d’Ezzelino (VI) it takes place the TRILOGIA del GRAPPA (The Monte Grappa Trilogy), three fridays dedicated to MAB UNESCO Monte Grappa‘s tastes and stories, combined to local products. Natural-environmental guide and former CAI Bassano del Grappa president Gianni Frigo directs the evenings.
On Friday 26 November, at 8 p.m., the topic is “La Sommità” (The Summit): home-made focaccia and a selection of three Monte Grappa chesses: bastardo, imbriago and morlacco. Pairing with BRENTA 2020 – Vespaiolo organic and MICHIEL 2016 – Chardonnay organic of Le Vie Angarano, introduced by Giovanna and Carla Bianchi Michiel.
